We use specialized double-walled corrugated boxes and eco-friendly shock-absorbent padding to ensure every piece of TsukiGlass arrives in perfect condition.

Is TsukiGlass glassware dishwasher safe?

While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our hand-blown and gold-rimmed series to preserve their brilliance and longevity.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our premium glassware worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Are your products lead-free?

Absolutely. All TsukiGlass products are crafted from 100% lead-free crystal and high-quality borosilicate glass to ensure safety and clarity.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes.
